Campus and College SEEQ/SRTE Results Administrators

College and Campus SEEQ/SRTE Administrators are the primary recipient and distributor of critical information about the SEEQs (and previously the SRTEs). These administrators are expected to share information with their unit heads and faculty.

SEEQ and SRTE results are considered confidential personnel records so access is limited to those responsible for evaluating multiple instructors. SEEQ Administrators are responsible for determining who is allowed access to SEEQ results. Access is granted at the course abbreviation level (e.g., all ENGL courses, all BIOL courses). Access to an individual instructor's results is provided by the instructor through the proxy feature.

SEEQ Administrators are also the primary contact for instructors who want to request that inappropriate comments be removed from the SEEQs or SRTEs. Requests should be sent by the administrator to seeq@psu.edu.

Request to change the SEEQ/SRTE Administrator must come from the current administrator or their designee.
