Copy an Existing SRTE Form

The Copy Form feature is handy if you want to make a change to one of your locked forms or if you want to copy a form from another unit. It is also a great option for cross-listed courses where both courses want to ask all of the students the same questions. Before you get started, it is best to work with the other unit to determine which form you will be using. Once you know the form name, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Copy Forms option from your SRTE My Page.

    Select Copy Form Option

  2. Use the dropdown fields in the Copy From area to select the Campus, School, and Department.
    Dropdowns for Copy From Option
  3. Use the dropdown fields in the Copy To area to place the copied form where you want it. If you're copying one of your own forms, be sure to give it a different name.

  4. Find the form and select Copy.
    Select Copy

You'll notice that your new form is not locked. This means that no data is associated with this new version. The form is now available for you to edit or assign it to your courses.
